Account review delayed

    Hi,

    We have set up an account a few days ago. Formally, the account should be reviewed within a couple of hours but until now it is not done yet. How to solve this?

    @mailpoet the same thing happens to me as to @kees78 . The account of a website that I have set up, I am waiting for it to be approved.

    Your subscription is still pending approval because your website is not finished yet.

    In order to have your subscription approved, we need to check your website’s content. We hope you understand.

    Please note that you don’t need to have the plan approved to test our plugin. You can already use our plugin to create lists, get subscribers, and send newsletters using your own host for now.

    @wysija We have checked the website and I think everything is correct, could you please check it to validate?
