    Hi there,

    I’ve been trying to setup a newsletter for my company and right now I’m at the testing phase. Currently, I have the free version of MailPoet and I’m trying to test how the newsletter will look when I send out the newsletter through my website. I’m running into an issue though anytime I try to send the testing Newsletter via email I get this messaage,

    “You’ll soon be able to send once our team reviews your account. In the meantime, you can send previews to your authorized emails.”

    My account has already been authorized and I’m wondering how long does the review process take because I am unable to send my newsletter. Thank you for taking the time to read this message, I hope to hear from someone soon.

    I have just checked and I can confirm that the account associated with the site alertprotective.com has been approved already.

    If you’re still seeing the message about the pending subscription, please go to the MailPoet’s Settings > Key Activation tab and click on the “Verify” button again to update the status of the subscription.

    If it doesn’t help, please go to the MailPoet > Settings > Send With… tab and change the sending method temporarily to “Other” and then back to the “MailPoet Sending Service”.

    You can also try clearing your browser’s cache.
