I’m experiencing some strange rendering issues with some of your shortcodes but not all.

The [ultimatemember_account] shortcode renders consistently without issue.

When I try to use shortcodes to display individual account tabs, the account information is blank on a desktop browser until the browser window is resized.

For example, [ultimatemember_account tab=”general”] renders a completely blank area on the page. When I resize the width or height of the browser window, the account information is immediately rendered. Then, if I refresh the screen, it loads a blank area again until I resize the browser.

The same issue occurs when trying to display the shortcode for password or privacy. If I include the basic [ultimatemember_account] shortcode on the same page, it renders consistently.

I’m using the shortcode in Elementor and using the Page Builder Framework theme. I haven’t experienced issues with any other shortcode on our site. The same issue occurs in Chrome and Safari. There doesn’t appear to be any issue displaying these on mobile browsers.

Here’s a link to see the rendering issue:

Try to activate another basic theme like “Twenty Twenty-One” or “Twenty Twenty-Two” for testing if this is a conflict with your current theme “Page Builder Framework”.
