Account suspended?

  • I saw an “account suspended” notice when I clicked on the “contact forms” link on the dashboard but the contact forms still seem to be working.

    I dont know what the account suspension is for, what it means in terms of whether the plugin will still work or how to fix it. I really need my contact forms to be working.

    Any ideas why this has happened or how long it will take to fix it??

  • Client reported form not working, so I logged into the Dashboard and cannot bring up the form editor – it just says account suspended – so I can’t even check the form setup. I think I have to switch to another plug-in. Any other news on their status?

    The form seems to be working fine on its own. What isnt working is the ability to export the data collected from the form. Does anyone have any other suggestions for an alternative?
