Account Suspended

Hi
I have been setting up a site for a friend/client and while setting up MailChimp we sent a ‘test’ email. We didn’t format anything specific and just used one of the Mailchimp templates.
After doing so we received notification that the account had been suspended until further notice. We sent an email to support (or whichever address was procided) to have the matter clarified, but that was over 2 weeks ago and the account is still suspended.
Could someone here help please?
