Account Suspended

    Hi

    I have been setting up a site for a friend/client and while setting up MailChimp we sent a ‘test’ email. We didn’t format anything specific and just used one of the Mailchimp templates.

    After doing so we received notification that the account had been suspended until further notice. We sent an email to support (or whichever address was procided) to have the matter clarified, but that was over 2 weeks ago and the account is still suspended.

    Could someone here help please?

    Please note we are not affiliated with MailChimp.com. They are a separate company. What we offer is simply a plugin to allow users to subscribe to your MailChimp.com directly from your WordPress website.

    Contacting MailChimp.com is the only option you have as they are the only one who can unsuspend your account or share more details as to why the account was suspended.
