Account suspended

Hello,
About 2 weeks ago, our business’s website, https://www.nauturopathmassage.com.au was hacked, the site was taken over by a ” w0LF Gh4m3D”
I got in and deleted all of this hackers content, as well as updated to the most recent wordpress update and changed passwords etc.
I just visited my site today to see that its “account suspended”, can someone please tell me why, there is absolutely no reason from our end that this should be suspended,
unless the hacker has gotten into the website again and caused havoc. We have a number of hosting plans and domain registrations with wordpress and am finding we are
increasingly frustrated and disappointed with their services, especially considering we are a paying customers, when is no direct number for us to call to quickly fix this issue.

That didn’t help anything.

Anyway, basically it was a webpage with a couple of our clinics therapists and a bit about them and a bit about the kind of therapy they do. So I have no idea why its been suspended.
