    Hi,

    I’m experiencing an issue with the checkout process on my website. When a user proceeds to pay via Apple Pay or Google Pay on the checkout page, the payment is processed, and the booking is added, but the user is not prompted to fill out the checkout form. It’s crucial for me that users complete the checkout form before completing the payment.

    Could you please advise on how I can ensure that users are required to fill out the checkout form before they can use Apple Pay or Google Pay?

    Additionally, my account has been suspended, and I have already submitted a request for assistance but have not received a response yet. Could you provide an update on the status of my request and the reason for the suspension?

    Hi @scotlandtravel

    When a user proceeds to pay via Apple Pay or Google Pay on the checkout page, the payment is processed, and the booking is added, but the user is not prompted to fill out the checkout form.

    When you purchase through express checkout (pple Pay or Gpay), you should expect to fill in all the information in the order details from Apple Pay or Gpay. You don’t need to fill up anything on the checkout form and this is the standard procedure.
