    Hi guys,

    I am waiting for my account to be activated, but it’s been weeks and still nothing has happened.
    This is what it says:

    “Potrai fare l’invio presto, non appena la nostra squadra avrà esaminato il tuo account. Nel frattempo, puoi inviare le anteprime agli indirizzi email autorizzati.” (Italian)
    The email I’m sending from has already been authorized.

    What can I do?

    Thanks for writing. Our team works hard to process manual approvals for all new subscriptions, and replies to them as soon as possible (within 12h). If you did not receive an answer from us, it’s either because we did not receive your request, or you did not get our reply.

    When you first applied for a subscription, your website was not yet finished, so we asked that you inform us when it is done. We need to validate websites that are fully functional and ready.

    You only need to reply back to our Approvals Team so they can process your request.
