    Hi
    I need to export the field “account_status” for users export, in the .cvs file. Is this a feature for premium plugin or are there some error? Thanks!

    Hi @gcordero,

    Please tell us whether you have added the account_status field to the users using any third party plugin or not. If yes, then it will be stored as metadata in the database. This version of the plugin does not support exporting metadata. You may have a look at the premium version of the plugin which supports exporting and importing user metadata.

    Yes, I am using Ultimate Member to register new users, then there are different steps that demonstrate the status of the membership application, such as “waiting”, “accepted” or “rejected”. Is it then the premium version of the plugin that allows the export of this field? -what would be a metadata-?

    Hi @gcordero,

    This version of the plugin does not support the import and export of custom user fields(metadata). It is one of our premium features. You may have a look at the premium version of the plugin which supports exporting and importing user metadata.
