Accounting Module Calculations & Display

    Hello,

    The WP ERP Plugin is fantastic, it brings a lot of great functionality and is very useful. Thanks so much for putting it together, it is a great effort.

    I have a question about the Accounting Module – I have put in a few dozen general ledger entries, across several bank accounts. The bank accounts display one number for the balance in the dashboard (this balance number is incorrect), and a different number for the blanace on the Bank Accounts view (this balance number is also incorrect).

    Also, on the Accounting Dashboard, the Net Income field shows no values, and the Business Expense pie chart shows a solid circle with the text “No Result Found” “100%”.

    Do you know if there is a setting I need to change or something I can do to help ensure that the calculations and display are accurate? While I can not share admin access since it is a private organization’s financial data, the rest of the ERP seems to be working great (CRM, etc.), so curious if you might know something about the Accounting Module calculations and display.

    I appreciate all of your insight and help, so far this has otherwise been an excellent tool.

    Thank you so much for all your kind words. It means a lot to us and works as encouragement.

    You can install the plugin in a different environment with dummy transactions. So that both of us can see what we are doing and what needs to be done. Is that possible?

    We have fixed issues you have mentioned and the current version has all the fixes. So I am marking this thread as resolved.
