I can’t create an invoice for customers that already exist in the database, because the accounting module says: “no items found”, even those that are in the CRM module are not seen by accounting.
I only have the option to create a new customer (which is horrible and redundant) and even so, when the customer is already a registered user, the accounting module says “the user was created successfully”, and then shows “no items found”

  • Yes, I had the same issue. I discover that adding in the database, the people_id like another type of customer, solve the issue. The problem is that the user doesn’t have that access from the Front End.

    Hello @ronananjos

Do you have the Auto Import enabled from settings? Ref: https://prnt.sc/122yro3

To get the CRM customers into Accounting, auto import needs to have enabled.

Let me know if it not works.

    Thanks
