• My website involves users paying a monthly fee, and it automatically comes out of their bank account every month. However, after they have paid their fee their account seems to automatically expire so they can’t access the protected parts of the website they are paying for. When I try and change their account setting from expired to active, it doesn’t save, even though I press update on their profile.
    How do I solve this?

Hi, is the membership level the members belong to set to expire in one month?

Im not sure, how would I find out? They are subscribing for a month though, however I want it to automatically activate every month once they have made their payment.

Hi you can go to your Members area and see what membership level they have signed up to. Then go to the Membership level and check the expiry period.

Yes it says “access valid for/until” 1 month. However, I want it to automatically renew once the month is over and the subscriber has paid.

Thank you for the information. Did you use any of the following methods to create your membership payment buttons?

I think I’ve fixed it now, I’ll mark it resolved for now, I just had to go to membership level and change it to no fixed expiry
