Accurate Commissions not showing

  • Hi,

    We seem to have a problem whereby in the visits tab some visits are marked with converted. i.e meaning that user has made a purchase. But if we check in the commissions tab we cannot find a sale or commission registered for that product URL.

    What could cause this?

    Hi there,
    we hope you’re doing well!

    Have you updated our plugin to the latest version? Have you verified from the administrator if the order was assigned to the affiliate and the commission generated is shown? It is strange that you cannot see the commission within the list of commissions.
