    Hello!

Thanks for your report! I just tested it, when I search “ACF Extended” in the plugin repo, the plugin is correctly displayed: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/search/ACF+extended/ (5th position).

Same when I search from the WordPress Plugins directory in the administration, I still find it too.

The position (5th) is kinda confusing I agree, it’s because the plugin is not very popular at the moment, and WordPress add a popularity order, even when you exactly type the plugin name in the search box.

But I have no doubt popularity will get better with time (working on it!) ??

About the plugin name, I wanted to stick to the ACF terminology (and code, BTW) as much as possible. For example, in the ACF Plugin page https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/advanced-custom-fields/ It’s called: “Advanced Custom Fields” and mine “Advanced Custom Fields: Extended”.

This way, ACF Extended is displayed right next to ACF Plugin in the WordPress administration (which is easier for admins).

For the plugin slug, it was genereated by the WP plugins system, I wanted to have something similar to ACF: “/plugins/advanced-custom-fields-extended”, but the system decided it prefered “/plugins/acf-extended”. There’s nothing I can do about it tho, it’s definitive :\

    Hope I answered your questions!

    Have a nice day!

    Regards.

Thanks for answering and it seems you are right. I’m sure it will rise in the search result ranks.
