ACF Field for variation image

  • Hello.

    We’re trying to use an Advanced custom field image field for the variation image, but the variation image in the feed is set to the image ID not the URL.

    This works fine for non-variable products – would it be possible to support this feature for variations too?

    Also note sure if your email address is working, have emailed you’re support a few times over the last 3-4 weeks and not heard back?

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

    This is a known problem indeed. The issue is occurring because data for product variations is saved in so-called array’s and not in plain strings. Instead of the image URL the array ID/key is being returned by WooCommerce. Unfortunately this is not something we can fix easily and quick but it has been put on our developers back-log to pick up in the near future. To manage expectations, I expect it to be handled somewhere in the second half of august.
