ACF Field question

Hi. Can an ACF field for a current logged in user contain more than one value? For example, if an ACF field is “Piece Title”, can the current logged in user enter another value to “Piece Title” or will the new value override the one before. I’m trying to create a user form with ACF fields that can be used on different event types. So I wish for the user to register for different events with form containing ACF fields. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
