ACF Fields Capabilities

    ‘Fields’ is a custom post type which uses the WordPress default ‘post’ capability type. Thus granting ‘edit_others_posts’ capability you affect all other custom post type which use the same capability type, including WordPress default posts.

    One of the possible workarounds is described here.
