ACF fields gone after update to WP 4.6

Hi!
Earlier today I updated the WP core to 4.6, and since then all the ACF fields for my secondary language disappeared from the page editor.
The content is still visible on the page preview, but I can no longer change the content itself in the admin panel, since it’s not there. It still has the same template as the primary language one has, but it’s just completely empty. Before updating there was no problem at all.
Ive updated Polylang to 2.0.3, also have the latest version of ACF.
Am I doing something incorrectly or is it just a bug that came with the release of the new version?
