    Is it possible to disable avatars generated from gravatar and use ACF image field instead?

    No, but you can edit reviews and change the avatar URL saved to the review.

    I was trying to modify plugin/review.php, also plugin/modules/avatar.php, plugin/modules/html/tags/ReviewAvatarTag.php files but no result. Can you tell me which file should I change exactly to disable gravatar image url and insert user image?

    Don’t edit the plugin files.

    Change the avatar URL for a review by editing the review:

    And if you are using an avatar plugin and want it to manage the fallback avatar image, change the Fallback Avatar setting to “None”.
