    Hi
    Could you provide the screenshots of the “Custom post types and Taxonomies” module for your 2 Polylang (Settings > Languages > Settings tab)?

    Have you the same ACF PRO’s options on your both sites?

    Yes both of them are Pro and same default options

    Could you try with your theme + ACF PRO + Polylang with the other plugins deactivated? Does it work?
    EDIT: If yes, could you enable your plugins one by one to find which is conflicting?

    do you mean ACF and Polylang! or other plugin link my custom post type plugin?!

    The best way is to disable your plugins (except Polylang and ACF Pro) one by one to see which one might be interfering.
