ACF related by Post Object field

    Hi there, first of all i would like to thank you for this plugin.
    My questions is.. I have an ACF field (Post Object) where i select other posts as related. What should i choose to make them appear to as related posts? I have tried many choices but… Is the ACF field correct or the Relationship is better? I hope i was clear!!!
