ACF relationships not working with past events

    When using ACF relationships with events and a custom post type, I am unable to add events that are in the past. The events show in the filter and can be added, but disappear when saving. — also the events I previously added are automatically removed when they become in the past. Is there a way to prevent this behavior? Thank you for any help you can provide.
