ACF Single Page Exclusion problem

    I have an Single page that’s using and meant to use ACF elements. Now a logical problem I have is the following: On that page I have an Edit Post Grid/Slider/Carousel , thats displaying other options.
    Now the problem is how can i dynamically exclude the current Post that’s displayed on the current page.

    So for example I have Burger, Spaghetti, Lasagna. And the user is currently viewing Lasagna. And at the bottom the Post Carousel should NOT contain Lasagna since the user is looking at it on the current page. How to remove it dynamically?
