Achievement Added to New User

    Thanks for the cool plugin! I am trying to get this all set up so when a new user joins the website they get 500 points. I set this up and works fine under a Point Types.

    However, the user is also getting a 50 point achievement for signing up. When I go to the achievement section, there are none listed. I don’t know where this is coming from.

    How do I delete this?

    This is what the Activity widget outputs for a new user.
    THUMBNAIL DESCRIPTION DATE POINTS
    (line 1) 50 Points for register to website
    August 27, 2019

    (shows no thumbnail or actual points in the points column)

    (line 2) Content Point Star Coin 500 Points for Registering!
    Content Points Award August 27, 2019 500 Content Points

    The “Your points” widget only shows 500. The 500 is right according to what I set up.

    But how do I stop the extra 50 point achievement from showing on the log? Especially if I don’t see it listed on the achievement page?

    Where is the information stored for the achievements/points/etc. It doesn’t look like there are enough gamipress tables to cover all the functionality.

    Seems like there is a deleted GamiPress Achievement listing that didn’t get deleted out all of the way. (I think I made one but then deleted it and it is still doing something.)

    Looks like there is a points award somewhere causing this issue

    Check the following steps:
    1) Enable the GamiPress debug mode (GamiPress -> Settings -> General -> Debug Mode)
    2)Access to the points awards menu (GamiPress -> Points Award)

    You can remove all points award that on points type have the message “Missing points type” and of course, you can remove this points award that is awarding 50 points for register

    Note: Don’t edit any points award from this screen, just use this screen to remove them
    Note 2: Remember to clean up the trash

    After remove the points awards, next you can remove the user earnings to don’t get them listed on this widget anymore
    Simply access to the user earnings screen (GamiPress -> User Earnings) and remove those user earnings pointing to this 50 points award

    That did the trick! Thanks! That is a very useful tool. I will have to keep that in mind.
