Achievement automatically awarded twice, despite of 1 being maximum earnings

    I have a problem that messes up the total points possible to earn on my site.

    The user gets automatically rewarded some achivements twice when clickning submit. This means that it looks to the user like it has earned twice as many points as should be possible on some achievements.

    I have chosen “1” as maximum earnings in the settings on all achievements. On the backend the “doppleganger achievement” has the default badge but the same title and amount of points as the achievement that should be the only one the user has earned.

    You can only click submit (or “Klar” as the button says on my site) as a logged in user.

    Michael Beckwith has a user’s account on my site since a while back, he/you might be able to look into this. Perhaps I should make you an administrator to make it possible for you to see how it looks on the backend?

    If the duplicate has the default thumbs up badge image, then I wager it’s the step needed to earn the primary achievement, especially if the intended achievement is earned by completely steps.

    I believe we have an open issue or two on GitHub about the form submissions and trying to prevent double submits, but I don’t believe a working solution has been completed yet.
