Could you click the “Screen options” tab in the upper right, and verify if you have an item named “Achievement Data” and if it’s checked or not.

    No.
Only the following options available to select in Screen Options on page:

    Required steps
Badge sharing options
    attributes
    featured image
    excerpt
    slug
    author
screen layout number of columns 1 or 2

Just on a whim, any javascript errors in your browser’s console, if you know how to use that. If not, I can help you locate it, once you tell me which browser you use.

Today I am in firefox. I have the Web Developer plug in. It currently says no javascript errors when I am in edit mode. Do you think it has something to do with theme I chose?

Hard to tell. I can’t really think of any reason why a single metabox wouldn’t show while the rest are. Let me ask one of the devs and see what they have to say.

It must be the theme. I just installed it on another theme for a different site and it has the option in there.

I tried deactivating, deleting, and reinstalling BadgeOS on the theme it’s not working on, but it still pulls up failed attempts at creating new “quests” etc. Is there a way to do a complete reset of the plugin without it pulling up previous data?

So you want to do a complete data purge and reset? I can confirm that is not built in right now to delete content, but it wouldn’t be impossible to manually delete the post types/options. The question for that last part would mostly be what are they and how spread out are they.

The issue seems to be with the theme. I activated a different theme and the Achievement Data is available. When I reactivate the troubled theme, it goes away. Just my luck. I’ve been working on a theme that won’t work with BadgeOs.

    Curse you murphy’s law!!!

The theme I using is the following:

Doesn’t mean it can’t be solved, it’s just a question of what part of the theme is causing the issue. Sadly, that’s something outside of the scope of my help.

Marking as resolved, for the time being. Feel free to reply again or start a new thread if necessary.
