Achievement not earned when steps are completed

    “Submit a specific field value on a specific form” and the proper form selected, field ID entered, and desired value as well. Set to “1” time(s) limited to “Unlimited” (I assume this means they need to do the step once to earn the achievement)

    When this step is completed, user still does not earn the achievement.

    I checked the logs, there is no log created at all, as if Gamipress isn’t listening for this achievement event at all.

    How can I fix?

    Hi @jackietaferner

    I just tested a similar setup and everything seems to work correctly at my side

    Please, check that you have configure the requirements with the correct form ID, field ID and the value you expect is exactly equal as entered on your form

    The most important to check is the form ID, because if it matches, then a log will be registered with the form fields submitted and their values
