Achievement Pop Up and List not showing in BP Profile

    When a user earns an achievement it does not show the pop up notification.

    Also, it does not show the achievement they earned in the buddypress profile tab. Still shows “[user] hasn’t unlocked any achievements”

    When I check the Achievements > Users it does show that the user has earned an achievement.

    What can I do to get the pop up and achievements in buddypress profile showing?

    Can you explain step-by-step what type of achievement you created that the user unlocked (and how they unlocked it, or were awarded it) — basically I will install your those plugins and try to recreate the issue. As soon as I have time ??

    I disabled all plugins and still didn’t work.

    I set up an achievement for leaving one comment on a post.

    Went and commented, nothing happened, and didn’t show as earned in BP profile.

    Checked Achievement > Users and shows the achievement earned on admin panel.

    What versions of WordPress, and all the plugins do you use?
