“Achievement Types” and “Badges” are not displayed

    Hi There,
    I have installed and activated BadgeOS but “Achievement Types” and “Badges” options are not displayed properly in the BadgeOS menu tab.
    Please let me know if you have any advice.

    I am also having this issue. I too have installed and activated BadgeOS on sambennettprograms.com but “Achievement Types” and “Badges” options are not displayed in the BadgeOS menu tab.

    I am also having this issue. I have installed and activated BadgeOS, but “Achievement Types” and “Badges” options are not displayed in the BadgeOS menu tab. I followed the instructions on this forum, deactivated, deleted, reinstalled and reactivated several times without any menu change.

    I greatly appreciate any assistance you could offer. I successfully installed and used this last year.

    I found the solution! In Badge OS settings: General , select “Delete Data on Uninstall:”, then deactivate, uninstall and reinstall and reactivate – all the menu items appeared!
