Achievements for interactivity with social media

Hello!
I have two questions to propose:
1. Does your plug-in have the capability to provide achievement badges if the user has visited/interacted with a specific social media page like Facebook, Twitter, Google+, etc.?
2. Our client’s current website was not built on any of the usual out-of-box WordPress themes or a theme purchased from the usual host of WordPress theme purchase sites (Woo Themes, Theme Forest, etc.). Their site was built by custom developers. Does your product work with such WordPress sites?
