    We’ve set up Achievements.
But when we try to create a achievment overview using shortcode [gamipress_achievements] the page doesn’t load and gives a 503-error.

When the shortcode is removed, the page works fine.

Within the achievement-type settings the slug is set to the same page.

    There’s no error logs.
Any idea how we can resolve this?

    Hi @tomvideomaker,

Looks like your issue comes from a theme or plugin conflict, have you tried to perform a conflict test?

There is an explanation about how to perform this: https://gamipress.com/docs/troubleshooting/theme-and-plugins-conflict-test/

On the other hand, the slug that you are putting the shortcode in is the one for the achievement? That is, if you use a slug called “page” or “post” to create your achievement type, it would cause problems because they are types registered by WordPress.

    Hi Dioni,

I’ve tried disabling all plug-ins, the problem seems to be only when the Memberium for ActiveCampaign (1.194) plugin is activated.

    Is this a known problem?
This plugin is required for the functionality of the site, any idea how to resolve this?

    Many thanks.

    Hi @tomvideomaker,

The Memeberium plugin is not required for GamiPress functionalities. I’m sorry but I am currently not available to perform tests because Memberium is a paid plugin. Please, it would also be a good idea to contact Memberium support about this conflict with GamiPress.
