Ack! This url overwhelmed us with too much data

    Thanks for making this plugin. Although it was all working fine until recently, now any user that attempts to use the create pdf from page button encounters this message: “Ack! This url overwhelmed us with too much data” Then when I attempt to install some new firefox plugin you have created to add an extra step, it still does not work after installation. What is the solution, or is this a bug you have to correct? THanks very much.

    At this moment, we will be unable to support this site in the free version as the site’s page size is huge and can consume too much of our resources and degrade our services.

    We are working on supporting pages like this. Right now, you can enable the free trial of our Pro version from the plugin settings. It should work for your pages as they do not redirect to our servers and hence has no limits on page size

    By the time your free trial is over, we should be able to support your site in the free version also.

    PS: The browser extensions are for users to use on all sites. I understand the error message can be confusing. We will be improving that

    Thanks for the answer. I have clicked on the trial and you are right that that works fine.
