    Hi, I am testing this as a way to control spam, but when I “acted as a spam bot” the mail was submitted. I have no other CF7 plugins installed. Thanks!

    Why you have given the honey pot field name as your-name ? Please use something different there similar from the plugin defaults. Something like yhdtmn8649 .

    Okay, thank you, that worked. To answer your question as to why, the first paragraph there under General Settings is “This plugin should work with default settings”. ;o) Thanks for your help, I really appreciate it!
