    Hello,

The text I want to be shown after a form has been filled in only shows when I’m logged in to the backend of my WP site. When a random visitor fills in and sends the form, the confirmation text doesn’t show. Do you have a solution to this problem?

    Thanks in advance.

    Stijn

    Hi @stijnvh91!

Do you have any cache plugins installed to your WordPress website? Usually this conflict occurs with WP Super Cache. If you do have it installed, please try adding an exception for your pages which contain forms.

This can be done under Advanced tab of WP Super Cache Settings. Use Accepted Filenames & Rejected URIs option to add the exceptions.

If your form URL looks like this:
    https://yourdomain.com/contact-us/

you can add /contact-us/ and it will be configured as an exception. Let us know if this helps.

    Thanks! Have a wonderful day!
