Action Hook like "edit user profile update"

Hi,

I am searching for a action hook like: edit user profile update
(https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Plugin_API/Action_Reference/edit_user_profile_update)

But it should also trigger if the user is editing his own profile.

edit_user_profile_update does everything I need, except it doesn’t trigger if you edit your own profile.
