Action on choice selection

  • Hi can any one help?

    I would like to set up a multiple choice and action form.

    If button 1 is selected and submitted form 1 will be presented.
    If button 2 is selected and submitted form 2 will be presented.
    When both buttons are selected and submitted form 3 will be presented.

    It must be possible, I just don’t know how.

    Looks like you are looking for Conditional Logic which is not available in the Contact Form 7 plugin.

    This sort of conditional logic is not available directly in Contact Form 7. It can be done via custom programing but you would need to be rather skilled at WordPress development using PHP.

    Some of the premium Form plugins do offer Conditional Logic including Gravity Forms, Quform and Ninja Forms.

    I decided to have a button for each choice. Much simpler and less confusing for the visitor.
