We dont know what action scheduler is, or what is trying to do, or why, but there are hundreds of “past-due” actions.

Action scheduler is a scalable, traceable job queue for background processing large queues of tasks in WordPress. Designed for distribution in WordPress plugins – no server access required. Linked here is its official site.
