    Hello team

    I’m experiencing an issue with scheduled actions on two sites hosted on Cloudways. Both sites are facing the same problem: the actions have accumulated significantly, and they are being triggered at a rate of only one per second.

    On one site, I have more than 25,000 actions accumulated. I’ve deactivated all plugins and switched the theme to Storefront, but the issue persists.

    Hello quadlayers,

    Thank you for contacting Woo support.

    I see you’re encountering the error:
    “Action Scheduler migration in progress. The list of scheduled actions may be incomplete.”

    I suggest you install and activate the WP Control plugin.
    It’s a handy tool that helps you manage and monitor the WP-Cron system with ease.

    Once you’ve activated it, just head over to Tools → Cron Events to get a clear overview of your site’s cron events. The plugin will even alert you if it spots any issues with events or cron on your site.
    Once you find any errors or warnings, share screenshots with and I will be happy to look into them.

    Lastly, the System Status Report you shared is incomplete, could you send it again?

    Looking forward to your response. ??

    Best regards.

    Hello @doublezed2

    I really appreciate your prompt response.

    Thanks for your help. I noticed an alert that says” “The DISABLE_WP_CRON constant is set to true. WP-Cron spawning is disabled.”

    Then disabled I disabled the Optimize cron option in cloudways: https://snipboard.io/sIxnUy.jpg

    The alert disappear: https://snipboard.io/V902HA.jpg

    But the issue persists: https://snipboard.io/eU90xd.jpg

    I’m seeing this alert very offen: https://snipboard.io/Jx0EM7.jpg

    My current PHP memory limit and max execution time are:

    php_admin_value[memory_limit]=2048M
    php_admin_value[max_execution_time]=899

    Hello @quadlayers,

    But the issue persists:

    To have a clear understanding, do you remember when the issue started? Also, did you make any changes before the issue started, such as updating or installing plugin(s)?

    I’m seeing this alert very offen:?https://snipboard.io/Jx0EM7.jpg

    Did the alert start showing when you disabled the Optimize cron option in cloudways or otherwise?

    Hello @ckadenge
    Thanks for your reply!

    Even if i activate the cron optimizer the issue persists.

    The cron is working correctly, the issue is that the actions run very slow, around 1 per second.

    Hello @quadlayers,

    Thank you for clarifying on the issue with cron actions, running at about 1 action per second.

    As you mentioned that this happens with both of your sites hosted on Cloudways, to diagnose the issue, you may want to check the server’s resources to ensure it’s not under heavy load.

    Also, you can make a clone of your site and try checking on a temporary server like https://localwp.com/ to see if the same issue persists.
