With the action wc_facebook_regenerate_feed I alway get the error “timeout dell’azione dopo 300 secondi” (action timeout after 300 seconds).
I have a lot of products and it’s impossible syncronize all products in 300′.
Tha action start every day and every day I have this action error.
    How can I fix this?
    Thanks

    Hey there @homeworker ,

Looks like you are hitting the PHP timelimit for the sync here.

Please navigate to WooCommerce > Status > System Status, then check if the PHP time limit is set to 300 (It most likely is and looks something like this.). Please work with your WebHost to increase it to 1200 sec.

That should help you fix these timeout issues.

Ok, I’ve changed the time limit.

The time limit in settings seems correct PHP Time limit: 1200
but the facebook sync action always fail after 300′

    Hi @homeworker,

Thank you for this! If it is always timing out at 300, reach out to your Host and see if they have any server side scripts that are killing processes after that amount of time. We have seen some Hosts such as WP Engine and Siteground have these types of scripts.

Let us know how it goes!

@homeworker this has been open for over a week without a follow-up. Can you please confirm that you have reached out to your web host as we suggested earlier?

If you need more time to do this, we recommend closing this thread and opening a new one when you’re ready, linking to this one to know what’s been already done.

I will mark this as resolved in a few days if we don’t hear back from you again!

    Thanks for understanding.
