Actions after Submission Doesn't work

Hey there,
I’m trying to activate the option to the action type refer:”Page” but it keeps returning to the defult option: “Stay on Form”.
What is the problem and how can I change it please?
I tried changing it on different forms and it keeps doing this bug.Thanks a lot,
