    Hi !

I’m facing an issue. The plugin doesn’t work as expected. I can set expiration dates and they are showing correctly, the issue is, the post, or any other custom post type, is still published even when the date is passed. I tried a beta version you sent to me, I also tried 3.1.3 and 3.1.0 and none of them work. Can you help me please ?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @nitneuq22

Could I ask you to install the latest version 3.1.3 and start troubleshoot the issue using this guide: https://publishpress.com/knowledge-base/troubleshooting-future/ ?

Let me know how it goes.

I installed the 3.1.3 version, it didn’t work at first. Then I deactivated WP Rocket as your troubleshooting documentation said, and it worked this time… I didn’t think WP Rocket would act on admin pages…

Future Action is triggered by WP Cron, which requires a site request to be passed through to normal PHP script execution. If a page is being cached, there’s no way that a site user hitting that cached page is going to trigger our PHP script to update it; there has to be some non-cached site request to trigger the WP Cron. You can consult this with WP Rocket team.
