actions not verified, – plugin approve actions without check – no twitter api

The plugin doesn’t seem to be functioning correctly. I’m using the latest free version, and when I try to use the “Follow on X” action, it doesn’t work as expected.

The issue is that it accepts any username without verifying whether the user is actually following the account. This means users can gain entries without the plugin checking if they are truly following.

Basically this happens to all actions. Every entry is automatically marked as valid without any check.

Also there is no list of “unverified / unchecked” new entries, so checking is basically left to the admin of thousands of enteries.

Is this how it should be?

Additionally, when selecting a winner, there’s no verification to ensure that the chosen winner is following the X account.

According to this documentation: https://rafflepress.com/docs/actions-verification-methods/, the plugin should automatically use the Twitter API to verify that the user is following before confirming and awarding entry points.

When exactly does the verification happen to ensure that the user is genuinely following on X?

It seems like users can enter any username and still receive entry points, even if the information is inaccurate. Could you please clarify or address this issue?
