    Hello,

This issue appears in latest woocommerce version. ActionScheduler is showing many pending tasks: https://prnt.sc/s1wgnf as a result of this, Analytics reports are not shown at all. It is pending on finalization like you can see here: https://prnt.sc/s1wga8

From my end, seems like you never manage to make this Woocommerce Admin to integrate it properly into WooCommerce. Even that’s a shame because it has nice analytics features that cannot be used. I’ve checked, cron.php is working normally as we have many plugins that are using cron.php which has no issue whatsoever.

Can you tell me please, will this be fixed in next release because from everything I checked this seems to be a bug. If my statement is not a true, can you provide me a fix for this?

    Thank you.

Small note prior my last post, System Status is showing everything fine until you come to the end to Action Scheduler where it says:

There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

Then on email I got this:

    Howdy!

Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.

In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, WooCommerce.

First, visit your website (https://europe.outbackmotortek.com/) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (https://europe.outbackmotortek.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-status) and check for any visible issues.

Please contact your host for assistance with investigating this issue further.

If your site appears broken and you can’t access your dashboard normally, WordPress now has a special “recovery mode”. This lets you safely login to your dashboard and investigate further.

    *Recovery link email*

To keep your site safe, this link will expire in 1 day. Don’t worry about that, though: a new link will be emailed to you if the error occurs again after it expires.

When seeking help with this issue, you may be asked for some of the following information:
    WordPress version 5.4
    Current plugin: WooCommerce (version 4.0.1)
    PHP version 7.3.16

    Hi there,

Could you copy and paste your site’s system status report into this ticket? You can get it from your dashboard by going to WooCommerce—> Status.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

Basically, from status report only part that is showing “errors” are the last one:

There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

Can I send you this to your email so you can check it?

    Hi again,

Seeing the system status report itself would be best here. We aren’t able to provide any email support, but feel free to omit the site’s URL from it if you’re worried about others seeing it.

    Hi Ross,

I think I realized that it is a server issue and for some reason cron does not pull data. So I need to fix that from my end meaning it’s not a question for support.

Thank you anyways for your willingness to help. ??

    All the best.
