    Hi,

Sometimes while Woocommerce is updating I get an error in my email but once woocommerce is updated my site is back to running smoothly. So it’s only happening for 1-2 seconds I guess.

    Error details:

    – type E_ERROR
    – Uncaught Error: Class ‘ActionScheduler_DataController’ not found in [location]

I think this is normal while updating Woocommerce on a live server and no reason to worry. Can somebody confirm?

    Kuddos for the great software!

    Best!

    Hi @fotinos,

Thank you for reaching out and we appreciate your feedback.

This type of error usually is generated when the WooCommerce installation is not complete. Specifically, yours is related to the Action Scheduler package.

This could be caused by several reasons. We’re going to need a few more details to help you further:

    • System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
    • Fatal Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    Thanks!

Hi @rainfallnixfig – thank you for the quick response!

Wanted to ask one more question before going through the effort of sharing the logs.

This is not an ongoing error. It only appeared WHILE I was updating Woocommerce and there are no additional logs or any errors / warnings under the system status. Now that woocommerce is updated to the latest version there are no additional errors.

Could that error just be normal behaviour, considering it only happened while I was updating woocommerce to the latest version?

Thank you for this fantastic software!

    Best,
