Activate 12/24 hour formatting

    Do I need to set an option in order to activate the 12 AM/PM formatting? Another topic seems to indicate that the selection of whether to present in 12 or 24 hour format is automatically made based on location. I, and most of my viewers, are in the United States, but I think my server is located in Europe. What I see is the 24 hour format.
