Activate Button in Sinatra Demo Plugin Page not working

I’m not sure if i’m the only one experiencing this but when i go to the Sinatra Plugin page for activating Sinatra Core and Social Snap, i click on the activate buttons for both plugins and nothing happens.

When I go back to the plugins page, it then shows both plugins are activated successfully tho. But on the Sinatra page, it does still shows “activate” button.
