Activate link on text, not image?

    Is it possible for the link to activate on the the title or description in the image, on rollover, rather than the image itself? On mobile devices, just trying to create the rollover effect sends the visitor to the link, rather than merely triggering the effect. it would be more effective if the rollover is triggered, then the visitor has to tap the text or something to trigger the link. Is this possible?
