When in admin, there is a notification: ReviewX Pro?requires?ReviewX?core plugin to be installed. Please get the plugin now! with an Activate button, but the plugin is already installed and activated. If I try to go to the plugin page via left hand admin menu, the page hangs and then I get ‘too many redirects’ error message.

If I try to activate it again, I get the following page: Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.

    Hi @supton ,

    Thanks for reporting the issue.

Actually the latest version of ReviewX plugin doesn’t require the separate Pro plugin anymore thus its showing the notice.

Please deactivate the ReviewX Pro plugin and the notice will go away.

    Best regards,

    Sabbir, Team ReviewX

Hi Sabbir, quick question. Is it okay to delete the deactivated pro plugin version?

    Hi @supton ,

As my teammate mentioned, the ReviewX plugin does not require a separate Pro plugin.

You can safely delete the plugin without any issues.
