Activate only via shortcode

  • I need to activate only via shortcode because the plugin use third part cookies.
    When user accept cookie, the shortcode will launch. But if i remove Show floating box, the chat will not show.

    are you using the shortcode and not the floating box, right?
    Are you using a shortcode like this?

    Because I made a test and tried to disable “Show floating box” but I see the box on the page where I placed the shortcode.
