    Hi @isabella92 ,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I understand that you would like to know how to activate and deactivate WooCommerce emails, is this correct?

You are able to enable and disable certain WooCommerce Emails by navigating to WooCommerce → Settings → Emails → Select “Manage” for the email you wish to enable/disable, as seen in the screenshot below:

Next, you can toggle the “Enable/Disable” setting and save the changes, as seen in the screenshot below:

You are able to read more about managing WooCommerce emails here.

On the other hand, if I misinterpret your request in any way, please provide additional information on which WooCommerce emails you would like to activate/deactivate.

    Cheers!

I’m so sorry, I never received a notification regarding this. You are understanding my problem correctly.

Oh I realize the issue now. I only have this checkbox on some of the emails. I don’t seem to have this option for the email “customer bill”. Do you have any idea why?

I have svea checkout plugin downloaded but I have unactivated this as I want to start using the woocommerce checkout.

Second question: I want to use woocommerce checkout and only use billing as a payment option. Should I then choose the payment option called “pay by delivery”?

    Hi @isabella92 ,

No worries, thanks for getting back to us ??

Please could you clarify if you are referring to this email found under WooCommerce → Settings → Emails:

If yes, kindly note that the Customer invoice/Order details emails are usually sent manually from the?order actions?section of an order, as seen in the screenshot below:

Since they are manually triggered, they will not have the enable/disable options like other emails.

Second question: I want to use woocommerce checkout and only use billing as a payment option. Should I then choose the payment option called “pay by delivery”?

This would depend on whether you want payment to be made BEFORE or AFTER the order is delivered.

Direct bank transfer (BACS): Orders are set to On Hold?until payment clears outside of WooCommerce. You, as the store owner, should confirm that payments have cleared bank accounts before processing orders in WooCommerce. You can read more about this payment method here.

Cash on Delivery: Order are set to Processing until payment is made upon delivery of the order by?you or your shipping?method. You can read more about Cash on Delivery here.

    Hope this helps!

Yes this is the email I am referring to.

Oh I see, I did not this was only to be sent manually. That explains it.

I want the payment to be made after, within 30 days or something like that.

    Hi @isabella92 ,

Glad to hear that we were able to provide clarity ??

    Ah, thanks for clarifying!

It sounds like the Invoice Payment Option extension may be a great fit for what you are wanting to achieve. As mentioned on the their extension page:

The?Invoice Payment Option?extension enables you to add a new invoice payment method to let customers place orders without making any payment.

After the order and payment confirmation, you can send a direct payment link using the default WooCommerce feature to let customers pay using the default WooCommerce checkout process. Alternately, you can choose to receive payment via other channels such as banking checks, cash on delivery, etc

If this looks like something that you would like to use on your site, WooCommerce.com offers a 30-day refund policy which you can take advantage of, allowing you to test the extension, and make sure that it is what you are looking for.

Should you have any pre-sales related questions, kindly contact us directly, here. You will need to create an account if you do not have one already.

    Cheers!
